Managing Director and Founder of Chronsult (People, Family, & Organizational Effectiveness). Martin is an organizational expert with more than 20 years of experience leading organizational transformation projects in a variety of premier multinational companies across the Americas.
Martin specializes in M&A organizational advisory, corporate governance, decision-making processes and organizational design. Within his Family Business Advisory practice, Martin has extensive experience working with family business leadership to create a governance frameworks and strategic succession plans aimed to provide sustainability to the family legacy.
Before Chronsult, Martin held the top Human Resources role covering the Latin America Region in public and family-owned organizations (AIG, Teva, IBM and Breca).
He holds a MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Masters degree in General Management from the Universidad del Pacifico of Lima and postgraduate studies in Talent Management from Stanford University. Martin is an Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and holds an Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advisory from the Family Firm institute in Boston (US).
Maria Cristina is an Organizational Transformation talented leader who has extensive experience working with executive leadership teams around the US and Latin America Region.
Maria Cristina led the Change Management and Communication processes in a variety of organizational effectiveness projects in several countries like the creation of Shared Services, Operational Hubs and implementation of new business models/strategies.
She is a champion in business and organizational diversity having headed up the Diversity and Inclusion role for Latin America at AIG. Maria Cristina has also wealth of expertise in regional Labor Law and Employee Relations as she also held the Latin America Employee Relations position with the same company.
Prior to joining Chronsult, Maria Cristina held several leadership positions across Latin America for almost 20 years, in a recognized family owned insurance company, as well as in one of the largest American multinational finance and insurance corporations. She led multiple Human Resources teams and partnered with senior leaders to develop the right organizational capabilities to execute the business strategy successfully.
Maria Cristina is lawyer from the Universidad Santo Tomas in Colombia and holds a Master degree in Labor Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She holds a Change Leadership Management Certificate from Cornell University, SC Johnson College of Business.
