Cecilia has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management leading HR departments and company merger and transformation projects, process optimization, implementation of integrated systems and change management.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from ESAN (Graduate School of Business Administration) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from Universidad de Lima. She has specializations in Corporate Communication and Sustainable Development, Consulting, Change Management and Project Management.
She has extensive experience in Human Resources Management and Social Responsibility in transnational companies in which she held various management roles at local and regional level.
She has worked in companies from different sectors such as IBM, Unilever, NTT Data Consorcio Minero (Trafigura), Banco de Crédito del Perú and Unilabs.
